Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department at Trust Hardware Phils., Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing the company’s sales policies and initiatives, while setting both short-term and long-term sales strategies. This role involves regularly assessing the effectiveness of current programs and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and sales potential.
The Sales Manager will also identify emerging markets, stay informed about new products, and monitor competition to drive success in a retail setting.
