Job Description
Job Brief:
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning. Responsibilities include team motivation through excellent customer service, and developing business strategies for success in a competitive marketplace.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementation of policies and standards
- Customer service management
- Training and development of key store positions
- Store target achievement and expense management
- Inventory and profitability management
- Facilities and fixed assets management
- Risk management and overseeing additional services
Competencies:
- Result-oriented and strong leadership
- Customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Conflict management and ability to influence others
- Effective planning, process development, and team building
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate of any four-year business course with at least 5 years of relevant retail or food establishment managerial experience. High-spirited with a positive attitude.
