Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Store Manager to drive sales performance while ensuring outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will oversee merchandise deliveries and visual displays, collaborate with the Area Manager on top-selling and slow-moving items, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities also include training and supervising sales associates and stock personnel and maximizing available resources to achieve targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven retail store operations and supervisory experience
- Strong inventory management skills and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to accept store assignments or transfers
- Compensation: PHP 20,00–23,00/month plus employee discount; on-site work
