- Lead the branch and achieve sales targets.
- Communicate and implement department goals.
- Manage daily activities and ensure high service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
Skills and Qualifications:
- College graduate in Business or Hospitality.
- At least 2 years of branch management experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
