Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store
- Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints
- Motivating employees to achieve targets
- Handling sales and inventory reports
- Knowledgeable in using POS (cash/cards)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php12,732.00 per month
