Job Description
Job Summary
The Store Manager oversees total store operations to maximize sales and profitability through customer service, inventory management, marketing, managing operating costs, and staff development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement policies and standards
- Manage customer service
- Train and develop subordinates
- Accountable for achieving store targets
- Control store expenses
- Oversee inventory management and profitability
- Manage facilities and fixed assets
- Ensure risk management
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in retail or fast-food industry
- Willing to work in Los Baños
