Job Description
The Store Operations Supervisor will lead daily operations at The Pantree Modern Cafeteria, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service. This full-time role includes supervising shifts, enforcing cleanliness and food-safety standards, managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory and POS transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and reporting operational performance to management.
Required qualifications: prior food-service or café experience, proven leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Compensation is Php21,00–Php23,00/month. Benefits include paid training and opportunities for salary increases. Position is on-site at The Pantree.
