Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Operations Trainer to join our team in Paranaque. As a Store Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training sessions to our store staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing training programs for store associates
- Conducting training sessions on store operations procedures, customer service, and product knowledge
- Evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to store staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in store operations
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of retail operations. Previous experience in training and development is highly preferred.
