Job Description
As a Store Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all store employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Your main focus will be to design and deliver training programs that cover various aspects of store operations, including customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
You will work closely with store managers to identify training needs and develop training materials. You will conduct training sessions in both classroom settings and on the sales floor to provide hands-on experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making any necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for teaching. Previous experience in training or management roles within the retail industry is highly desirable.
