Description
- Ensures all store operation processes under him/her shift run effectively and efficiently based on standard operating procedure.
- Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well-rounded in the performance of their job.
- Handles store personnel and ensure proper grooming, greetings, and performance of tasks.
- Review and document damages and ensure appropriate disposal process.
- In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or College Level
- Work experience is a plus but not necessary
- Preferably graduate of any 4-year course
- Work experience is a plus but not necessary
- Willing to be assigned in Soon to Open Sta. Ana, Parañaque
