Job Description
Are you a natural leader? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Store Shift Leader to join our team.
As a Store Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store during your assigned shift. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and coaching store employees
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering merchandise as needed
- Creating staff schedules and coordinating shift changes
- Opening and closing the store
- Handling any customer complaints or issues that arise
To be successful in this role, you should have previous retail experience and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
