Job Description
As long as physically fit
- Must be at least high school graduate or college level with customer service experience
- Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage
- Good in oral and written communication
- Basic computer-literate.
- Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (admin task and cashiering)
- Can work in shifting schedule (mall-based store)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee is required to wear a mascot and do hosting, singing, and dancing.
- Acts with integrity at all time in work
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
- Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the children, by acting a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store.
