Job Description
– Willing to wear Lala Chan (Mascot), do hosting, singing, and dancing.
– Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote culture, mission of Aeon Fantasy. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
– Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the children by acting a “customer comes first” attitude.
– Discovers and responds to customers’ needs, and most of all give importance to the safety and cleanliness of the store.
– Ability to understand and carry out oral or written instruction and request clarification when needed.
– Must be at least a high school graduate or college level with customer service experience.
– Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage.
– Good in oral and written communication.
– Basic computer literate.
– Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (admin task and cashiering).
– Can work in shifting schedule (mall-based store).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php520.00 per day
Schedule:
