Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related course
- 2-5 years experience in Retail Sales and Marketing (supervisory/managerial preferred)
- Results-driven, strategic, and analytical
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Adept at basic business management processes
- Knowledgeable of local geography and demographics
- Proficient in computer applications
- Driving skills are an advantage
- Willingness to train in Tarlac for 1 month
