- At least 1 year of experience
Full Job Description:
- 2 years supervisory experience in Sales (Hardware, Retail, Food, or Services)
- Manage salespeople, cashiers, and staff
- Oversee finances and prepare annual budget
- Monitor stock availability and profit margins
- Address customer feedback and complaints
- Train new staff and motivate team to achieve targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php 18,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Weekends
