Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Store Manager. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 2-3 years of experience in overseeing store branches. The role requires flexibility to travel within the Bohol areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate manpower effectively and evaluate employee performance.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend stock transfers when necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and analyze inventory performance metrics.
- Implement and enhance upselling strategies.
- Generate sales reports and improve promotional activities.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00/month
