Candidate Profile:
We seek a Cashier Team Lead who is sensible, quality-focused, and leads by example.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise cashiers in customer service and cash handling.
- Ensure accuracy in all cash transactions and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare reports, assist in staff scheduling, and perform opening/closing duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Supermarket Department Supervisor.
- Prior retail and cash handling experience.
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
