The Role: We are looking for Supervisors for Appliance Category who are willing to be assigned in AllHome, Taguig.

Job Description:

• Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
• Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers.
• Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them.
• Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
• Ensure delivery of store KPI’s – Sales, EBIT, Customer Service, and Store Visuals.
• Mediate as necessary when there are customer’s complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Conducts PEP talks and meetings with subordinates.
• Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in furniture/appliance/homelines supervision is preferred.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have a background in the retail industry.
• Successful applicant will be assigned in AllHome, Taguig.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
