Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations to the Store Manager regarding manpower requirements, staff schedules, and customer service.
- Orient new employees on tasks, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring proper warehousing activities.
- Implement measures to control merchandise losses and increase security awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work at SM Calamba.
