Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks
- Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Ensure that cash handling, inventory, recording, and other related functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
- Ensure that all company policies, store standards, and procedures are communicated effectively to the store team and implemented in a consistent manner.
- Other operational related tasks as deemed by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- With strong communication, interpersonal, leadership & management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
