Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor to manage the Lemon Square Bakery Treats retail store located in STARMALL, MANDALUYONG.

- Customer Satisfaction
- Store Operations Management
- Budget Management
- Inventory Management
- People Management
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure store cleanliness.
- Prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitor shelves, product displays, and customer interactions.
- Address customers’ requests and motivate employees.
- Train staff, maintain records, and generate reports.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience as Store Supervisor/Manager in food industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
