Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor for our café. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise café staff, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure proper inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
