Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Store Supervisor. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates to meet sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stocking and replenishment.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate should have previous retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
