Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise store staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a retail environment and knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
