Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business targets at the store level through seamless daily operations.
Major Deliverables:
- Improves store personnel’s product knowledge through training existing and newly-hired amusement staff.
- Checks team schedule and performance.
- Monitors store performance and conducts sales analysis.
- Recommends marketing strategies based on competition analysis.
- Promotes excellent customer service.
- Ensures coordination between stores and head office support units.
- Responsible for store profitability and timely report submissions.
