Job Description
Good to Great Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) or Supervisory role is required. In this role, you will manage daily operations, supervise the store team, and implement effective sales strategies while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining store appearance.
Qualifications include strong leadership skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a good understanding of retail operations. A college diploma or related coursework is preferred.
