Job Description
Infinity Strategic Management Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Store Supervisor for our retail location in Makiling. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff effectively, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a friendly and inviting store atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Adept analytical skills in evaluating sales data
- Proficient in retail trends and inventory management software
Compensation: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, plus additional benefits.
