Job Description
Love My Nails Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead our mall salon team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of managerial experience in retail or food service, hands-on salon expertise, and advanced organizational and financial skills. Strong communication, leadership, and a thorough understanding of beauty services and client needs are essential.
- Manage staff, scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
- Oversee financial reporting, cash handling, and sales targets
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client service and compliance with standards
- Willingness to travel up to 100% preferred
