Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the store and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of store staff in day-to-day operations
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Train and develop store staff to maximize their potential
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
