Job Description

The store supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring products and services meet company standards. The supervisor must also handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations: product receiving, merchandising, POS sales, and cash management.
• Manage store inventory, ordering, and minimize shrinkage.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and crew performance.
• Implement store promotional activities and maintain store upkeep.
• Remit cash sales daily, oversee opex, and submit sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year course
• 2-3 years of retail or related industry experience
• Good communication skills, able to work full-time and shifting schedules
• Must commit to assigned hours and work on flexible schedules
