Job Description
Will directly manage the store from all aspects of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and VP-Retail Operations.
Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning.
Knows how to analyze the brands and look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota.
Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales.
Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin, and 3rd-party agencies/Coop.
Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards.
Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by a superior from time to time.
