Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Calamba for an Operations Supervisor position. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- College Undergrad or College Graduate with experience in the same industry
- Prior experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Experience in staff training and development
- Willing to be assigned in Department Store Makiling
