Job Description
Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor is accountable for category profitability through effective category management and daily selling operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or Customer Service Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store management within retail or food industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service operations.
- Achieve category sales targets, maintain category safety, and manage bad orders.
- Implement promotions accurately and timely.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per day
