Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Store Supervisor to join our team at PICKUP COFFEE. The successful candidate will supervise Baristas/Cashiers, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include training team members, compliance with company policies, and handling customer inquiries.
Qualifications include prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; additional education is a plus.
We offer full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as life insurance, paid training, and a 13th-month salary.
