Job Description
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of two years related work experience.
- Proficient in document processing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work at San Juan Branch.
- Must possess honesty, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control day-to-day store activities.
- Ensure strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).
- Manage store inventory and supplies.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Create weekly staff roster.
- Initiate and implement store promotions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
