Job Description
A Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store. They play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.
The main duties of a Store Supervisor include:
- Monitoring and managing store activities, such as inventory control, stocking, and visual merchandising.
- Supervising and training store staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
