Job Description
Operations
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining merchandise display, housekeeping, and customer service.
- Monitor store inventory, merchandise quality, and specifications.
- Orient and train store personnel on policies and procedures.
Cashiering
- Account for all cash and check payments, monitor cashiers and POS machines.
- Prepare reports and deposit slips.
- Achieve Gift Certificate sales targets.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and complaints.
- Follow up on customer accounts and credit card payments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
- 3-5 years experience as Assistant Manager or Manager in Retail preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per day
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Afternoon & day shifts, Flextime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary, Overtime pay, Performance & Yearly bonuses
