Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Robinsons Supermarket Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the department’s daily sales targets and managing key operational areas such as customer service, shrinkage, merchandise display, and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail sales or its equivalent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. We prefer candidates who are proficient in English.
