Job Description
Must be willing to be assigned in The Rock, Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
To supervise the store operations and work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor that quality food products are correctly served to customers
- Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for daily ordering
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store
- Keep track of item movement in the store for monthly inventories
- Coordinate with the General Services Department regarding the performance of equipment, furniture, and fixtures
- Implement safety and security procedures in the store
- Prepare and monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
- Monitor individual performance of each staff
- Monitor, gather, and analyze sales performance metrics
- Work together with the team and the Area Manager in meeting the store’s goals and profitability
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer service driven
- Financial and analytical skills
- Leadership skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Proficient in English language
- Command of MS Office Applications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
