SEVESTAR JASEM SERVICES CORPORATION is currently seeking a Store Supervisor for the San Pedro Laguna area.

Job Description:

1. Monitor Day-to-Day Operations: Supervise and oversee daily activities in the coffee shop.
2. Lead and Supervise Team and Support Staff: Provide leadership and supervision to the team, including support staff.
3. Guidance, Training, and Support: Offer guidance, training, and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service.
4. Create a Positive and Motivating Work Environment: Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the staff.
5. Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle feedback professionally.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage coffee and supplies inventory.
7. Set Sales Targets and Goals: Establish sales targets and goals for the coffee shop.
8. Encourage Upselling and Cross-Selling: Motivate staff to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales.
9. Ensure Store Cleanliness, Organization, and Compliance: Guarantee the store is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards.
10. Oversee Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance: Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of equipment used in the store.
11. Prepare and Submit Regular Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and relevant metrics.
