Job Description
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH, a prominent player in the coffee industry, is seeking a Supervisor for our CBTL Branch at Azuela Cove.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire shift efficiently.
- Ensure team achieves store quota.
- Enforce all standards and policies set by Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to handle customer complaints.
- Positive Attitude.
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisor Experience.
