Job Description
- SO Management: Undertake regional sales targets, integrate internal and external resources for SO improvement, and store profit.
- Store Operation: Implement store operation regulations, ensure stores onsite management, strengthen promoter service capabilities, old user engagement, and improve consumer experience. Maintain a good relationship with OIC and FL.
- Activity Execution: Implement activities in stores and collaborate with Mall resources.
- Online Traffic Diversion: Maintain content release on online platforms such as GMB and FB. Obtain online resources from the Mall, divert foot traffic to stores, and facilitate conversion; Off-duty time online sales
- Team Management: Manage promoter duty plan and attendance, target and PBC communication, and daily follow-up; team meeting management
- In-store Training: Provide training for promoters OIC and FL, ensure promoters have product and ecosystem knowledge, sales capabilities, and ensure consumer experience.
