Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to manage operations and personnel at our assigned store, ensuring sales targets are met.
Job Description:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze and resolve sales-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage administrative tasks.
- Conduct daily motivational pep talks with staff.
- Prepare sales reports and oversee store operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in Retail Sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Shift System)
