We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee Baristas/Cashiers and ensure store performance meets sales goals. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining operations, and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff for efficient operations and excellent service
• Monitor and achieve sales targets
• Train team members for improved performance
• Ensure policy compliance and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with management for business growth

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
