Job Description
Walter Mart Supermarket is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee category profitability and manage day-to-day selling operations. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service management, category building, and inventory accuracy.
Duties:
- Manage customer service and category sales achievement.
- Implement promotions accurately and on time.
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or food establishments.
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month
