Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Supervisors. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Assist in the training and development of new staff members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
