Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for operations and manpower management of assigned store, ensuring sales quota achievement.
Job Description:
- Implement sales strategies and analyze sales-related problems.
- Provide customer service and manage merchandise requests.
- Conduct daily pep talks and manage customer relations.
- Prepare sales reports and oversee store operations.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- 3 years of experience in Retail Sales.
- Excellent customer service and people management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month.
Schedule: 6 days a week (Shift system).
