Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our SM North, Quezon City location. The role requires ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective staff supervision and motivation.
- Oversee staff scheduling, task assignment, and performance.
- Manage inventory, POS systems, and enforce store policies.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.
Qualifications: 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and familiarity with inventory control and retail technology. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting and available to start ASAP. On-site position with opportunities for promotion and conversion to permanent employment.
