Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Manager to lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, development programs, and succession planning that align skills with business objectives. Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs, strengthen employer branding, and implement data-driven recruitment and retention strategies. Establish metrics to evaluate talent performance and program impact.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent management or HR
