- Define a list of priorities on a per-program basis
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and ensure productive discussions

- Provide key inputs for decision-making and program management
- Identify roadblocks, risks, and delays, and work on solutions
- Assess and prioritize key areas in line with the organization’s strategies
